The program will increase knowledge in: Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, nutrition, strength training, calisthenics, core strength, weight control, and understanding our internal and external environment.
INCLUDES: custom nutrition plan, 2 - ONE hr classes a week, Roots Fitness Gym Membership, a better perspective of who you are!
Adult Drop in: Free trial class/ $20 after.
Kids Drop in: Free trial class/ $10 after.
Class times: Tuesday & Thursday at 9:30 a.m. & 6 p.m.
NOTE: KIDS CLASS BEGINS JUNE 13TH.
