What are the workouts like?
Our workouts are based in the physical and mental challenges of power-lifting, Strongman, calisthenics, and acrobatics. We teach a deeper understanding of physical exercise and how to achieve your goals. Students learn fundamental movement patterns and the use of various types of lifting equipment.
Our workouts follow the Roots module which allow us to safely coordinate with gravity.
Can I try a class?
Absolutely!!! Just fill out our waiver and pay a $20 drop in fee (or $10 for current gym members) and you're good to go.
Can Roots really help me?
No... However, we can teach you the secret to help yourself! Self accountability is crucial for progress. We teach Rootians the secret to self created success!
