How big is the class and what are the workouts like?

We allow a maximum of 12 individuals in each class.

Our workouts follow the Roots module and include calisthenics, weight lifting, and mobility exercises.

Can I try a class?

We want you to! Your first class is on us. We also offer a $20 drop in for for folks who want to come every once in awhile.

Can Roots really help me?

No... However, we can teach you the secret to help yourself! Self accountability is crucial for progress. We teach Rootians the secret to self created success!
