Movement based Strength & Conditioning for weight training & body weight training . Our expert movement practitioners will educate individuals on how they can achieve pain free, healthy movement patterns
The program will increase knowledge in: nutrition, strength training, calisthenics, core strength, weight control, and understanding our internal and external environment.
INCLUDES: custom nutrition plan, 2 - ONE hr classes a week, Roots Fitness Gym Membership, a better perspective of who you are!

Class times: Tuesday & Thursday at 6 p.m.
