  • The program will increase knowledge in: nutrition, strength training, calisthenics, core strength, weight control, and understanding our internal and external environment.
  • INCLUDES: custom nutrition plan, 2 - ONE hr classes a week, Roots Fitness Gym Membership, a better perspective of who you are!
  • Drop in: Free trial class/ $20 after.
