The Psychology of Physiology(exercise).

Our breath excites our Central Nervous System(CNS) waking up neurons, nerve chords, and nerve endings. We perform variations of static, active, and dynamic movements challenging our end range of motion. Nociceptors send signals of pain. Breath relaxes nervous system allowing our Peripheral Nervous System(PNS) to interpret pain and restructure our PNS response to pain. Our movement begins to restructure motor programs creating safe and more efficient movement patterns.

Our breath communicates the reality of our senses and allows us to move beyond pain we once ignored. The confidence in intuition creates a healing environment for the mind. Our psychology begins to restructure our emotional response to pain creating a safe and more efficient emotional pattern.
