Memories of our Muscles.

Our muscles are simply guided by memories we repeat. More repetitions, leads to a more refined memory.  To create new memories for our muscles, we must do new things. This is the concept behind beginning exercise. 

We move in a pattern unfamiliar to our memories and it is hard. Real hard. But only for the first time. Once we have the ability to remember how we performed our new exercise, we have the ability to repeat the exercise better. We call this progress

In the world of exercise, all we require is progress to improve. Degree of progress is irrelevant, It simply must be consistent.
